How do I set up SMS auto-capture?
Open Steady → Settings → SMS auto-capture. On Android, grant SMS permission and you're done. On iPhone, the in-app wizard walks you through installing the Steady Capture shortcut and two Message automations — about two minutes.
How do I move to a new phone?
Sign in with the same Google or Apple account on the new phone. Your journal restores automatically from your latest backup.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. Your account deactivates immediately and is permanently erased after 30 days. Email us if you want it gone sooner.
